Cerussite

Touissit, Morocco - 6.5x6x5 cm

A wonderful, isolated, tubby group of Cerussite crystals on a lead-based, heavy matrix. The group has a maximum size of 1.8 cm and exhibits a murky, complex centered shape (probably due to the inner interconnection of different elements), with very transparent sidelong tips. The yellow carpet at the base of the Cerussite highlights the chromatic contrast with the rest of the matrix, showing a typical metallic colour. No damage, high brilliance and notable aesthetics in this miniature.
