Quartz on Hematite

A gorgeous group of glassy quartz crystals, vertically positioned on a matrix basically constituted by dark and bright foils of hematite. Very great chromatic impact. The lightness and the transparency of the quartzes are relevant and the overall aesthetics is impressive. The tallest crystal measures 2.2 cm. Acquired by R&T Minerals in 2007.
