Titanite

Skardu, Pakistan - 18x6x4.5 cm

On a long (18 cm) and rather narrow plate of rock, several lustrous and pristine brown titanites are randomly scattered. Among these, a stunning 1.8 tall crystal, with very sharp edges and an incredible brightness. The pictures highlight the inner color (an incredible mix between green and brown) and the gemmy nature of the crystal. Really a top-quality titanite specimen. This large cabinet was shopped at the Roma Mineral Show in 2006 (as a gift for my birthday from my wife: thank you, Ambra!).
