Topaz

Actually, it is quite difficult to find a topaz from Thomas Range without being affected by their great aesthetics. And no doubt, this specimen is not an exception. A stunning, isolated crystal of 1.8 sm is vertically placed on a typical riolite matrix. Moving from the bottom to the top of the crystal, the amber color becomes deeper and deeper, while the transparency and shape are excellent. No damage on such a marvelous gemstone!
